Men's Handball Off to a Good StartThe Army West Point Men's Handball teams began their season with the first The Northeast Team Handball League (NTHL) tournament at Arvin Gymnasium. AWP Black beat both of their opponents (Washington, D.C. and University of West Virginia) by wide margins. AWP Gold lost all three of their matches (NYC-2, WVU, and DC) by razor thin margins, but being such a young and inexperienced team, they will undoubtedly be competitive as the season wears on.

Boxing at the Chuck Davey Boxing Classic

The Army West Point Boxing team traveled to Detroit, MI to compete in the annual Chuck Davey Boxing Classic at the Detroit Athletic Club recently. The annual event sets up nine matches with each of the service academies boxing three matches against each other. Army and Air Force tied this year going 4-2. Navy went 1-5. Water Polo at the Hamilton College Tournament

The Army Water Polo team brought the full 20-man roster to compete in the New York area state tournament at Hamilton College. The team traveled with team OIC COL Michael Benson and Coach Chris Judge. Starting out competing against Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) and Columbia on Saturday winning both games with scores of (21-5) and (18-6) respectively and qualifying Army for the championship
