Kozlowski, Wilson Tabbed AWPAA Co-Athletes of the WeekWith big wins on the road by both the Army West Point Hockey team and Men's Basketball team, Trevin Kozlowski and Matt Wilson share Army West Point Athletic Association Athlete of the Week honors heading into December break.

Kozlowski, a cow netminder from Los Angeles, Calif., earned his first-career shutout in Saturday's 4-0 victory over Robert Morris thanks to his 25 saves. He allowed just one score in the series at Robert Morris which was a power play goal. Kozlowski boasted a 0.48 goals against average and a .983 save percentage in the series. Kozlowski made the first save in the shootout to set Army up for the victory and was recognized as one of the NCAA Stars of the Week and the Atlantic Hockey Association Goalie of the Week.

The Black Knights are 12-5-1 heading into the winter break boasting the most wins in the first three months of action in program history. Army ranks fourth nationally in the penalty kill (.915), is tied for fourth in total wins (12) and is tied for seventh in winning percentage (.694).

Wilson played a pivotal role in a 1-1 week for Army. The firstie averaged 21.5 points and 7.5 rebounds per game while shooting 67 percent from the field. In a road tilt against Merrimack last Wednesday night, he tied for the team lead in scoring with 18 points and finished with a game-high 11 rebounds for his fourth double-double of the year.
