Women’s Lacrosse Falls in Hard-Fought Semifinal Matchup with LehighThe Army West Point Women’s Lacrosse team fell to Lehigh 10-8 in the Patriot League semifinal at the Ridley Athletic Complex. This was the Black Knights' second trip to the semifinal game in its young program history.

Lehigh opened the scoring at the 27:56 mark with free position goal from Cecily Redfern.

The Black Knights answered back just under two minutes later with an unassisted tally from Cameron Manor. Jackie Brattan added her first tally of the evening at the 19:28 mark of the first half. Though, the Mountain Hawks evened things up at the 18:12 mark.

Manor added her second goal with an unassisted tally at the 16:41 mark to give Army the 3-2 lead. The Mountain Hawks scored the contest's next two goals to push ahead 4-3 with just under 10 minutes to play in the opening half.

The Black Knights responded with two consecutive goals of their own. Brattan added her second of the contest at the 7:31 mark. Jolie Riedell netter her first of the contest with just over five minutes left to put Army ahead 5-4. Read more.
