Noah Wilson Named AHA Defensive Player of the Week
Playing back in his home state of Wisconsin for the first time in his collegiate career, Noah Wilson turned in turned in two solid performances from the blue line to earn the Atlantic Hockey Association's Defensive Player of the Week award. The cow blueliner brought the energy with his play in the Black Knights' series at Wisconsin. The Fond du Lac, Wisc., native was the catalyst for the Army defense, blocking 10 shots in the two-game series. Wilson's healthy serving of pucks also came with a side of huge hits, as he finished a few big checks to cut off some Badger advances. Wilson's teammates, Gavin Abric and Joey Baez earned honorable mention honors from the AHA after their strong play in the series. Read more.
