Cadets Grinding Away for the Steel Bridge CompetitionThe Department of Civil and Mechanical Engineering has participated in the AISC/ASCE Steel Bridge Competition for over 20 years. This year’s team has been hard at work cutting, grinding, and welding to fabricate their 1:10 scale bridge. The team consists of cadets Brandon Mixon ’22, Henry Andress ’22, Skylar Franz ’22, Blake Leone ’22, Morgan Ernst ’22, Sam Sallot ’22, Noah Rodney ’23, and Peter Wang ’24.
